Patio furniture restoration and repair: don’t replace it, restore it.
Faded finish, rusting frame, sagging slings, tired cushions? Very often it is the finish and the fabric that have failed, not the furniture. We strip it back to bare metal, repair the frame, powder coat it, re-sling and re-cushion it, and bring it home.
- Keep the set you chose. A new premium set can run $20,000 or more. Restoring a sound one costs a fraction of that, and keeps a frame that is genuinely hard to buy back.
- You never lift a chair. We collect around 95% of furniture jobs ourselves and deliver them back, anywhere within 150 miles of Concord. CONFIRM radius
- A straight answer, not a hard sell. If your set is not worth restoring, we will tell you. Send a few photos and you get a real number, with no deposit to get started.

What does your set need?
Furniture is confusing, and nobody expects you to know the words. Pick the one that sounds like your problem.

Restore it
The set gets a new life: old finish stripped, frame blasted to bare metal and repaired, then powder coated. For faded, chalky, chipped or rusting frames. Many people ask for a repair when the frame actually needs a new finish. That is a restoration.

Repair it: slings, straps, frames
Torn slings, stretched straps, wobbly joints, loose welds. These are component fixes you can book on their own, without refinishing the whole frame.

Just the cushions
Made new, on fresh foam, exclusively in Sunbrella fabric, cut to fit your set.

Photos of what we have restored, by material. If a frame is sound, the brand does not matter.

Aluminum
Lightweight, and it does not rust through. A chalky, faded look is the old finish breaking down, not the metal.

Wrought iron
Heavy, classic, and prone to rust. Surface rust blasts off; rust through the metal is where we tell you the truth.

Brown Jordan, Tropitone and other brands
Premium sets are built to last decades, which is why restoring them beats replacing them.

Woodard, O.W. Lee, Mallin, showroom sets, or no label at all.Chairs, tables and everything in between
Chairs
Dining, swivel and lounge chairs. Refinished, re-slung or re-strapped, with frame joints repaired where they have loosened.
Tables
Aluminum and wrought iron frames stripped, blasted and recoated. Glass tops and any plastic come off before the oven and are not part of the job.
Chaises and loungers
Frames refinished and strapped or slung to suit, so they sit and hold tension properly again.
Benches, sofas and cushions
New vinyl strapping, and custom cushions made on new foam in Sunbrella fabric.
Slings and straps
A sling is one tensioned panel of fabric. Straps are separate vinyl strips. They are different systems that fail in different ways, and a replacement has to match your frame’s channel and tension, not just fill the opening, or the seat sits wrong and tears early. We remove them completely and re-fit with factory-grade materials. If you have vinyl straps, you get vinyl straps back.
Powder coating, in plain English
Spray paint is a coating that sits on top of the metal, a bit like a crayon. Powder coat is a dry powder that is baked on: it melts, bonds with the metal below, and cures hard. It is the finish that keeps aluminum and wrought iron looking right outdoors, and it is what we do all day. Patio furniture powder coating explained · Everything we powder coat.
How we restore your set
The prep is most of the work, and it is what makes the finish last. Glass tops and plastic parts come off before the oven and are not part of the job. The full step-by-step.
